Understanding First. Responsible Care Follows.

Late Vidya Kulkarni Foundation is a Section 8 company incorporated on 8 May 2023. Based in Pune, the Foundation works village by village through household surveys, preventive health assessments, addiction related counselling, Ayurvedic medicine support and continued follow up.

Our Mission

To strengthen rural health by connecting needs identified at the household level with accessible assessment and guidance..

Practical Care

Our Vision

Healthier villages where families recognise health risks earlier and can seek respectful support closer to where they live.

Healthier Futures

Survey Led Village Care

Household visits help us understand real health concerns clearly before further action is planned.

Support That Continues

Assessment, counselling, Ayurvedic medicine access and later review form one connected journey.

Real Change Begins In Our Villages

Each cause strengthens a meaningful part of the village health journey, bringing assessment, guidance and continued care closer to rural families.

Real Findings Shape The Response

In 2024, the Foundation surveyed 866 females aged 10 to 49 in Shirampur near Khed Shivapur. The assessment identified priorities around haemoglobin testing, menstrual health, nutrition and healthy behaviour.

Women’s Health Priorities In Focus

The women’s health assessment helped identify practical areas where greater attention was needed. The Foundation uses these findings to guide focused health initiatives that respond directly to concerns observed among women in the village.

01

Haemoglobin Health
Assessment

Helping identify haemoglobin-related concerns so women can better understand their health, receive clearer guidance and know when further medical attention may be needed.

02

Menstrual Health
Awareness

Creating respectful conversations around menstrual health so women and girls can understand hygiene, body changes and know when timely health guidance may be needed.

03

Nutrition & Healthy
Habits

Encouraging practical awareness around nutrition and daily routines so women can make healthier choices, understand everyday wellbeing and know when additional guidance may be helpful.
